Apartment Zia Marisa The apartment is located in Via di Collazzi, 33 one of the most beautiful areas of Montepulciano, 50 meters from the beautiful Cantina dei RICCI at 300 meters from Piazza Grande and the "IL SASSO" School, 70 meters from the laundromat, 100 meters from a free car park and 40 meters from the Urban Bus stop. Shops, bars, restaurants and the countryside surrounding Montepulcinano can be reached on foot in a few minutes. This relationship between art and nature will make your stay unforgettable and the strategic location of the apartment will make everything easier and more comfortable for the customer. Cozy and bright apartment, with an exceptional panoramic view, on the wonderful Tuscan countryside from where you can admire a sensational sunset. The apartment was renovated in 2016, and consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with access to a terrace with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills, a bathroom and two bedrooms, (for a total of 4 beds) a double and one with two single beds. (with the possibility of making 4 single beds or 2 double beds depending on the request) WI-FI included. On request for cyclists garage located under the house for bicycle storage for exclusive use and equipped for small maintenance and washing operations 5 euros per bicycle to be paid extra locally. N.B. - BICYCLES CANNOT BE TAKEN INTO THE HOUSE. N.B. - Tourist tax and heating according to consumption to be paid extra locally. I specify that you cannot enter the historic center by car.
